Description
Berry Granola-this easy homemade granola is bursting with berries and fun bunny shapes for kids. It is great with milk, yogurt, or eaten by the handful.

Preheat your oven to 180°C and line two baking trays with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients including the spices. Add the coconut oil and honey and combine thoroughly.

Spread the granola evenly onto the baking trays and bake for 15 minutes (swapping trays at midway point).

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve with coconut yoghurt and berries
